Intregalde Piers
The Natural Reservation Intregalde Piers – geological reserve (25 ha, 1.5 km long) located in the east-central part of the Trascău Mountains; part of the natural gate system that crosses the limestone massif of Ciumera –Bedeleu peak; spectacular relief, with towers, porches, scree cones, series of walls and beams with grass; you can find here many rare species of plants, including Edelweiss (here, it grows at the lowest altitude in Europe, aprox 600 m); the easy access and beautiful landscape make this natural reserve a very important landmark of the Trascau area.
